The SDV Community plan is free to use. Like a free trial, SDV Community is designed to allow you to fully evaluate SDV for a use case, and give you a comprehensive understanding of our product's capabilities so that you can make an informed decision about upgrading to a paid plan.
We are committed to supporting nonprofits and educational institutions. We offer special discounts to help these organizations access SDV. Representatives should contact us directly to apply for these discounts.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). Once you make a payment, the invoice and receipt will be sent automatically to the email provided. If payment by credit card isn’t an option for you or your payment is being declined, please contact us at and we can discuss other options.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Canceling your subscription will cancel the auto-renewal feature, and you will have access to the product until the end of your current subscription period. After your subscription period ends, you will no longer have access to the product. We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made. We encourage our customers to utilize the SDV Community plan to fully evaluate the product before making a purchase decision. Once you subscribe, you will be automatically provided with a DataCebo account that will allow you to log into our support portal. You will be notified via email as soon as your account is created.
